口に含むと、単なる辛口ではないしっかり旨味のある複雑な味わいが広がり、そこに高めのアルコールが生むピリッとスパイシーな刺激がアクセントとなり、十分な飲み応えがあるのに驚くほどシャープな後味。

Upon tasting, you'll experience a complex flavor profile with robust umami that transcends a mere dry sake. The slightly spicy kick from its high alcohol content adds a bold accent, delivering a full-bodied flavor with a surprisingly sharp finish.
While best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature, the solid structure characteristic of Tsuki no I also makes it perfect for serving on the rocks or diluted with soda.
