This aged sake was carefully selected over several days from 113 different aged sakes to perfectly pair with ice cream. It is a blend of two aged sakes from 1972 and 1977, with a color reminiscent of black rubies. Enjoy the ultimate smoothness as it delicately coats your ice cream with the passage of time. It also pairs wonderfully with nut-flavored ice creams, can be drizzled over castella for a moist texture, and complements cheesecakes and puddings. It makes an excellent and unique gift as well.
