長期熟成を前提に造られた五段仕込みの甘口酒をあえてこの段階でタンクから出し、ひやおろしとして出荷。
お酒単体でも十分に楽しめる濃醇旨口酒ですが、様々な食べ物とのペアリングが可能です。おススメは鶏レバーのコンフィ、チーズ類、スイートポテト。
お燗やロックでも愉しめます。

【Product Description】
This sweet sake, originally crafted for long-term aging with a unique five-step brewing method, is deliberately released at this stage as a hiyaoroshi (fall seasonal sake).
Rich and full-bodied, it can be thoroughly enjoyed on its own but also pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes. Recommended pairings include chicken liver confit, cheeses, and sweet potato desserts.
It can also be enjoyed warm or on the rocks, offering versatility in how you savor it.
