113種類の古酒の中から何日もかけて選びだされたアイスクリームに合う古酒。甘く濃厚な平成10年醸造の貴醸酒です。バニラアイスと溶け合って高級デザートに変身します。その他、ナッツ系のアイスクリームに、カステラにかけてしっとりカステラに、チーズケーキやプリンにも。ちょっとした手土産としてもおススメです。

【Product Description】
This kijoshu, a special sake brewed with sake instead of some of the water, was carefully selected over several days from 113 different aged sakes to perfectly pair with ice cream. It is a sweet and rich kijoshu brewed in 1998. When combined with vanilla ice cream, it transforms into a luxurious dessert. It also pairs well with nut-flavored ice creams, can be drizzled over castella to create a moist cake, and complements cheesecakes and puddings. It makes an excellent small gift as well.
