マシュマロネーロとはマスカットベーリーAの親であるマスカットハンブルグと、甲州の親戚である甲州三尺、ゴールドフィンガーの交配品種です。
酸化防止剤無添加、無濾過、無清澄。すべての葡萄に袋をかけ、大切に育てられました。
2023年は、最良の天候に恵まれ10年ぶりのビックヴィンテージ。
ミレジムは満点の★★★★★星5つ。

A rare wine with a limited production of just 208 bottles has arrived!
Introducing the ultra-rare grape variety "Marshmallow Nero," which is the only one of its kind in the world. Marshmallow Nero is a hybrid variety, born from Muscat Hamburg, the parent of Muscat Bailey A, and Koshu Sanshaku, a relative of Koshu, as well as Goldfinger.
This wine is free from added preservatives, unfiltered, and unfined. Every grape was carefully nurtured, protected with individual bags. The year 2023 was blessed with the best weather, marking the first big vintage in 10 years. The vintage earned a perfect ★★★★★ five-star rating. It became an exceptional wine through the power of nature.
With a fruity character reminiscent of blackberries and a spicy aroma, this red wine offers a light and easy-drinking experience.
