青木酒造がコロナ渦にスタートさせた夏酒。
2022酒造年度（R4BY）のお酒を当店が室温にて一年間生熟成させました。
リリース当初から他の夏酒とは一線を画す独特の果実的な酸と、ほのかにナッツのような香りを放つお酒でしたが、一年の熟成を経て、より一層の深みと複雑さが加わりたまらない美味さに。
常温からロックまで、幅広い飲み方で楽しめるお酒です。
～このお酒の名前の由来～
ブロッケンはドイツにある御来迎（ごらいごう）で有名なブロッケン山から取っていて、その理由は御来迎が夏の季語であることに由来し、コロナ禍後の明るい未来をイメージしてのものです。
そして夏を感じてはじけてほしいというスプラッシュ。
これは、コロナ禍においてお酒が悪者になってしまい、世の中全体が暗くなってしまっていたので、"もっと外で弾けよう！夏を楽しもう！"という蔵元の想いから付けられた名前です。

A summer sake by Aoki Shuzo, launched during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our store has allowed this sake, from the 2022 brewing year, to naturally age at room temperature for a full year.
From the moment it was first released, this sake stood out from other summer sakes with its distinctive fruity acidity and subtle nutty aroma. After a year of aging, it has gained even more depth and complexity, resulting in an irresistibly delicious flavor. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, from room temperature to on the rocks.
The Origin of This Sake's Name
"Brocken" is named after Brocken Mountain in Germany, famous for the Brocken specter phenomenon, which is associated with summer in Japanese seasonal terms. The name was chosen to symbolize a bright future after the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Splash" reflects the desire to experience the vibrancy of summer. During the pandemic, alcohol was often seen in a negative light, and the overall mood became somber. The brewery named this sake with the hope that people would "get out more, enjoy summer, and let loose!"
