【商品説明】
「長崎のめぐる風土を、あしたへ」をテーマに、長崎県産の季節の農産物（野菜・果物等）をお米と一緒に発酵させる季節どぶろくシリーズ。

「和製南国エキゾチック」をテーマに掲げ、長崎県雲仙市のFlat.Field.Farmさんが育てたレインボーレッドキウイをふんだんに使用しています。
今回100kgのキウイを使用していますが、通常のものより小さいミニミニキウイ。蔵元の日向さんが皮をむいたキウイの総数はなんと3000超。
キウイの甘みとジューシーな酸、種の粒感がとてもマッチした素晴らしい仕上がり。加えて特徴的なのは、種由来のスパイシーさ。これがアクセントになってとても美味しいし楽しい。
冷酒ではフルーティでとろりとした飲み口が際立ちますが、おすすめは軽くお燗をつけたスタイル。温度が上がることでキウイのスパイシーさがより鮮明に感じられ、旨みが一層深まります。食前酒的にはもちろんですが、食中にもぴったりです。

【Product Description】
This seasonal doburoku series is crafted under the theme "Circulating the bountiful land of Nagasaki into tomorrow," fermenting locally grown seasonal produce (fruits and vegetables) with rice.

Embracing the concept of "Japanese Tropical Exotic," this edition features an abundance of Rainbow Red Kiwi grown by Flat.Field.Farm in Unzen City, Nagasaki. Over 100 kg of these mini-sized kiwis, smaller than standard ones, were meticulously peeled by hand, with more than 3,000 peeled by the brewery’s Hyuga-san.

The result is a perfect harmony of the kiwi’s sweetness, juicy acidity, and the unique texture of the seeds. Notably, the spiciness derived from the seeds adds an exciting twist. Enjoy it chilled for its fruity, silky profile, or lightly warmed to bring out the spiciness and deepen the umami. Perfect as both an aperitif and a pairing for meals.
