【商品説明】
土田酒造唯一の生酒で爽やかな甘さと酸味、微炭酸が特徴。にごり酒特有のドロッとした感じはなくサラリとした上品な舌触り。ベースはレギュラー版「シン・ツチダ」なので味わいの奥深さは健在。濃いめの料理やBBQにもおススメです。
にごりを混ぜない状態では、まず甘さを感じる香りが立ち上り、上澄み部分の味わいは、まるで蜜を思わせるような甘さが広がります。
しかし、にごりをしっかりと混ぜると途端にドライな味わいに変わり、その変化が非常に楽しい一品です。

【Product Description】
The only unpasteurized sake from Tsuchida Sake Brewery, featuring a refreshing sweetness, acidity, and a slight effervescence. Unlike typical cloudy sake, it has a smooth and refined texture without any thick consistency. Based on the regular version of "Shin Tsuchida," it retains its deep, complex flavor. It pairs well with rich dishes and BBQs. Before mixing the sediment, the sake gives off a sweet aroma, and the upper layer offers a honey-like sweetness. However, once the sediment is thoroughly mixed, it transforms into a dry flavor, making it an enjoyable and intriguing drink.
