竹取の姫が望むは龍の球

あまぁーい奈良の柿を使い、ゆっくり発酵させることで杏子の様な香りに変化しています。MAHOW流にたっぷり乳糖も使い、とろける甘さが酵母の酸味、沖縄県産塩の塩味と絶妙なバランスで調和し、最後に隠し味の柿の葉が、どこか懐かしい、落ち着きのある香りと後味を与えてくれました。
高めのアルコールですが濃厚な甘さと酸味が癖になる、日本らしいインペリアルゴーゼです。

A collaboration with Okinawa’s MAHOW BREW, this Imperial Gose is brewed with persimmons.

By using sweet Nara persimmons and allowing a slow fermentation process, the beer develops an apricot-like aroma. Following MAHOW's signature style, generous amounts of lactose are added, creating a rich sweetness that perfectly balances the tartness of the yeast and the saltiness of Okinawan salt. As a final touch, persimmon leaves lend a nostalgic, calming aroma and a smooth aftertaste.

This Imperial Gose embodies a distinctly Japanese character with its high alcohol content, luscious sweetness, and addictive tartness.
