U.B.P ブルワリーとのコラボビールは埼玉県産の唐辛子を使用したレッドライIPA。
鮮やかな赤色にパインのような甘いフルーツのアロマ、ライ麦のドライでスパイシーな風味とカラメルモルトのほんの少しのトースト感、甘さ。そして最後にフレッシュな唐辛子が顔を出しピリリと口を引き締めます。それはまるでハワイアンピザにタバスコをかけたような、甘味、辛みが絶妙に合わさった味わいです。

The collaboration beer with U.B.P Brewery is a Red Rye IPA made with chili peppers grown in Saitama Prefecture. It has a vibrant red color, a sweet fruity aroma like pineapple, a dry and spicy flavor of rye, a slight toastiness from caramel malt, and a touch of sweetness. Finally, fresh chili peppers make an appearance, giving a sharp, tingling finish. It’s like the perfect combination of sweetness and spiciness, reminiscent of a Hawaiian pizza topped with Tabasco.
